Your ceremony is the heart of the wedding day and the foundation of your marriage. It is the heart of one of life’s most sacred experiences. Once crossed, a couple is forever changed. It is an honor for me to not only facilitate this crossing, but to bear witness to life’s greatest blessings: LOVE!
Love is universal and knows no boundaries. I work closely with each couple to craft ceremonies for spiritual, interfaith/non-denominational, religious, and same-sex marriages. It is during a consultation where I explain my services and learn more about you as a couple and your vision that I begin the process of creating a ceremony that is completely unique to you as a couple. Additionally, I can recommend vendors as well as super special locations throughout the Lake Tahoe region for your special day!
Officiating weddings is a natural extension of the space that I have learned and cultivated in over my 10+ years of teaching yoga - both in a public and one-on-one setting. I look forward to creating a meaningful and memorable wedding experience with you.
Services
What makes me different from all other officiants? Through a one-on-one meeting virtually or in person, I craft a custom ceremony that reflects the couple, their love and dreams for the future. There are two options available to help customize the ceremony - whether the wedding is a large affair or an intimate outdoor elopement, the ceremony will certainly be one of a kind and so special.
Traditional Ceremony

Meghan was referred to us by another local vendor who helped facilitate our initial contact. My husband and I had decided only four weeks prior that we wanted to elope at sunrise above Donner Lake and on a holiday no less. We knew it was a lot to ask and by the time we got in touch with Meghan we were probably only about two weeks out. She offered to meet with us in person, however with Meghan in Truckee, myself in Reno, and my fiancé at the time being in Boise we decided on a video conference. As they say the rest is history. Meghan was our officiant for our small wedding in Lake Tahoe. We first met in person to see if it was a good fit for us and it went very well. She asked us questions about ourselves and the ceremony and brought up topics that we hadn’t thought of yet so it helped us get more organized for our wedding. She was very flexible with the script and type of ceremony, we even changed our location the day before and it was no issue. The ceremony was perfect and she made everything so easy, I definitely recommend her for any wedding ceremony!
